Salad with honey-lemon dressing

oil – 7 tbsp.
mustard in grains – 1 tsp,
honey – 1 tbsp.,
lemon juice – 2 tablespoons,
spices: salt, pepper – to taste.
lettuce (3 types) – 1/2 bunch each,
avocado – 1 pc.,
cherry tomatoes – 250 g,
salmon s/c – 150 g,
creamy cream cheese – 70 g,
sesame – for serving.
For the dressing, combine all the ingredients and mix well until smooth.
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, tear them into pieces in a bowl, mix them slightly and put them on a plate. Lightly sprinkle with dressing. Place strips of avocado, quartered cherries, and pieces of fish on top. With the help of a small spoon, spread the pieces of cream cheese. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle a little more dressing on top.
