Salad with chicken

canned corn from 100 g,
smoked quarter – 1 pc.,
fresh cucumber – 1 pc.,
boiled eggs – 3 pcs.,
dill – several sprigs.
potatoes – 3 pcs.,
oil – for lubrication,
red onion – 1 pc.,
wine vinegar and water – for marinade,
spices: salt, pepper, sugar – to taste,
mayonnaise – to taste.
Cut the potatoes into thin strips. Pour water, rinse and dry. Fry in oil until golden.
Finely chop the onion and marinate it in vinegar with water, salt and sugar.
Add salt, pepper, a little mayonnaise and finely chopped dill to the yolks. Grind with a bowl until smooth and form three “eggs”.
In a bowl, cut smoked chicken meat, proteins, cucumber into cubes, add corn, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mix well. Transfer the salad to a plate. Spread fried potato straws on top. We make a small indentation in the middle, into which we put a few sprigs of dill and lay out the “testicles”.
