Ragout

chicken fillet – 1 pc.,
oil – for lubrication,
onion – 2 pcs.,
carrots – 2 pcs.,
potatoes – 8 pcs.,
pepper – 1 pc.,
zucchini – 2 pcs.,
tomatoes – 5 pcs.,
spices: salt, pepper, favorite – to taste,
water – 1 glass,
garlic – 4 cloves.
greens – to taste.
First we prepare the products. I have medium-sized vegetables. Put the chicken in a deep frying pan heated with oil. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Add onions and carrots and fry, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. Add potatoes, fry, stirring, for another 5 minutes. Add pepper, fry, stirring for 5 minutes. Add zucchini, fry, stirring, for 8-10 minutes. Add tomatoes, spices, mix and pour hot water. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir once during cooking. Add the exposed garlic, mix, stew for another 3 minutes. Add chopped greens and turn off.
