Pasta with meatballs

pasta from -300 g,
For meatballs:
ground beef – 250 g,
small egg – 1 pc. (or 1/2 large),
onion – 1/2 pc.,
garlic – 1 tooth.,
spices: salt, pepper – to taste,
flour – for rolling,
oil – for lubrication,
For the sauce:
onion – 1 pc.,
tomato paste – 1 tbsp.,
tomato puree – 1 glass,
water – 2-3 glasses,
cherry tomatoes – 8 pcs.,
green peas – 1/2 cup .,
cream – 200 ml,
spices: salt, pepper, favorite – to taste,
parmesan – 1/2 cup
Let’s prepare meatballs. Add an egg, grated onion and garlic, spices to the minced meat. Mix until smooth. Form small meatballs with hands moistened with the driver. Lightly roll the meatballs in flour, shake off excess. Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a deep frying pan, lay out the meatballs and fry them on all sides until golden. Ready to put on a plate.
Let’s prepare the sauce. Add finely chopped onion to the oil in which the meatballs were fried, fry until soft and golden brown. Add tomato paste, mix, pour tomato puree, pour 1 glass. water, add spices, mix well. Put the meatballs in the boiling sauce, cover with a lid and let it boil for 10 minutes, then mix and turn the meatballs. Next, pour the paste, pour the cream, lay out the peas, halved cherries, add another 1 glass. water, mix gently. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat, cover and simmer, stirring from time to time and adding water as needed, until the pasta is ready, approximately 8 minutes. Pour Parmesan into the finished pasta, mix again and taste).
