Mushrooms in cream sauce

large onion – 1 pc.,
garlic – 2-3 cloves,
mushrooms – 600 g,
cream 20-30% – 200 ml,
mustard in grains – 1 tsp,
oil – for lubrication,
spices: salt, pepper, hot red pepper – to taste,
baby spinach – 75-100 g.
We will prepare the products. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the mushrooms into large plates. Mix cream and mustard in a bowl.
Heat the oil in a deep pan. Add onion and garlic and, gradually mixing, fry over medium heat until transparent and soft. Then we add chopped mushrooms, spices, increase the heat and, stirring occasionally, fry until the liquid evaporates. We change the fire. Pour in the cream-mustard mixture and cook until slightly thickened, stirring. Next, lay out the spinach and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
