Apple strudel – Hondro Sol

filo dough – 400 g,
butter – 180 g,
apples (already peeled) – 780 g,
nuts – 60 g,
raisins – 70 g,
breadcrumbs – 4-6 tbsp.
Defrost the dough according to the instructions. Wash, peel and cut the apples into rough cubes. It is better to use hard, sweet and sour varieties. Put 45 g of butter on the pan. As soon as it starts to melt, put the apples. Fry the apple over high heat, stirring gently from time to time, until the moisture evaporates. Apples should keep their shape and not split. Lightly fry the nuts in a dry pan and chop with a knife. Add nuts, raisins, cinnamon to the apple, if desired, mix. The filling is ready.
Melt butter (from 100 to 130 g) in the microwave. Let it cool down. Place a sheet of filo dough on parchment or a silicone mat (keep the rest of the dough under a towel), grease it with melted butter. We spread the second sheet on top, grease it. In this way, we spread 6 sheets. On top of the wider part, stepping back a little from the edge, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then spread half of the apple filling. Sprinkle the top lightly with breadcrumbs. Wrap the roll. In this way, we form another one from the remaining letters and methods. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment with the seam facing down, grease the top with oil. Bake in an oven preheated to t180 for approx
