Cauliflower

cauliflower – 1 pc.,
eggs – 2 pcs.,
cheese – 50-60 g,
paprika – 1/2 tsp,
crackers – 30 g.
For the sauce, mix to taste:
sour cream,
chopped dill
squeezed garlic,
salt.
Boil the water. Add salt. Put the cauliflower, cut into florets, and cook for 4-5 minutes. from the moment of re-boiling. Pull out and let the excess liquid drain.
Beat the eggs. In a separate bowl, put finely grated hard cheese (I froze it slightly and crushed it in a blender), which melts well. Add paprika, breadcrumbs to the cheese and mix until smooth.
Dip the pieces of cabbage first in a beaten egg, then roll them in the breading mixture. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake in an oven preheated to t180 until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Eat immediately warm.
